• A team should consist of a maximum 2 members.

• Submission of abstract  in the form of IEEE format before the due date .Based on the peering review of the abstract,few papers will be selected for presenting the paper.

• Abstract should be sent to the following MAIL ID . Make sure you send it to the right mail.

• The abstract should contain contact number and department details. If not your abstract is not eligible.

• On the event day the candidate should bring their respective college ID cards.

• Qualified candidates are required to bring their presentation along with one softcopy & 2 hardcopies.

• Presentation should last for 5 minutes and there will be 2 minutes for query and answer session.
